Committing to an Investment
- Once you sign all of the documentation listed on the previous page, send it back via certified mail along with a personal or cashier's check.
- Once escrow closes (deed of trust is recorded at the County’s Recorder Office), you will receive a receipt along with copies of the following:
- Original Promissory Note
- Deed of Trust
- Title Insurance Policy
- Fire Insurance Loss Payee
Sit back and recieve payments.
After everything closes, you will begin recieving a check each month until the loan plus interest is paid back.
