Committing to an Investment

  1. Once you sign all of the documentation listed on the previous page, send it back via certified mail along with a personal or cashier's check.

  2. Once escrow closes (deed of trust is recorded at the County’s Recorder Office), you will receive a receipt along with copies of the following:
    • Original Promissory Note
    • Deed of Trust
    • Title Insurance Policy
    • Fire Insurance Loss Payee

Sit back and recieve payments.

After everything closes, you will begin recieving a check each month until the loan plus interest is paid back.
